a special sauce which is still considered as one secret
of ENTRECOTE Café de Paris Restaurants around the world.
This sauce was invented in the year 1930 Considered a
secret of entrecôte…Madame boubier in Geneva. Madam Babyeer used a mixture of
twelve secret ingredients to reach this unique
composition of the sauce for the restaurant. The
composition of this sauce is still a secret until now.
Irrespectively, many other restaurants around the world
tried to experiment to reach this mysterious sauce, but
no one has succeeded at all.
